• If bankruptcy has been filed, it must have already been discharged or a qualified cosigner may be required.
• Pet owners must provide up-to-date registration tags for dogs. Breeds not accepted are: Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pitbulls, Chows, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canarios, Staffordshire Terriers, and/or any mixes consisting of one or more of these breeds.
• No violent felony convictions within the last 6 years; NO FELONY CONVICTION FOR MANUFACTURING OR SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE OR ARSON.
